Post: Outline lights

Also affectionately called “width lights”, their name gives you a glimpse of their function. They are like the “outline messenger” of the vehicle, mainly responsible for showing the existence, general outline and width of the vehicle to surrounding traffic participants under certain circumstances. Generally speaking, for our common family cars, the outline lights are usually located on both sides of the front and rear bumpers of the vehicle, or integrated into the front headlight group and the rear taillight group. For large trucks, in addition to the regular positions, the roof and sides will also be equipped with outline lights to fully display the outline and size of the vehicle. After all, trucks are large in size, and it is crucial to let other vehicles know their size and position accurately during driving.
