1. Nitrogen shock absorber replaces the air in the oil-gas shock absorber with pure nitrogen and seals the nitrogen. The sealing methods are divided into capsule type and gas tank piston type; the capsule type is to encapsulate the nitrogen in a rubber capsule and put it into the sleeve;
2. Since nitrogen itself has a large specific heat and good physical stability, the pressure can reach more than 1MPa, which improves the performance by more than 10 times. At the same time, due to the sealing of the capsule, the oil cannot be mixed, avoiding the generation of oil bubbles; the disadvantage of the capsule type is that due to the heat insulation of rubber, the heat dissipation of nitrogen is slow, and it is not suitable for extremely harsh use environments: racetracks;
3. The gas tank piston type is born for competition. The characteristics of competition are extreme competition, power limit, braking limit, grip limit, and shock absorption limit. Every acceleration, every heavy brake, every rush to the shoulder, every turn, the shock absorber is constantly absorbing the impact from the road and the car body. The heat converted by these impacts must be dissipated in time to ensure the stability of the shock absorber;
4. For this reason, the nitrogen is encapsulated in an aluminum alloy gas tank with good thermal conductivity, and a piece of polytetrafluoroethylene piston is used in the gas tank to isolate the oil and nitrogen; therefore, the nitrogen can quickly dissipate heat, thereby always maintaining stable performance.
After the nitrogen oxides exceed the standard, the three-way catalytic converter can be replaced or cleaned.
During the vehicle inspection, if the nitrogen oxides exceed the standard, first consider cleaning the three-way catalytic converter, spark plugs and oxygen sensors. If necessary, the three-way catalytic converter or air filter can be replaced.
During the vehicle inspection, it is recommended to turn off the air conditioner. When the car is idling, the load generated by the engine will be reduced, and the content of the car’s exhaust emissions will be too low. It should be noted that when the engine is working, the temperature reaches a certain limit and nitrogen oxides will be generated.
The engine will produce a lot of exhaust gas during operation. The pollutants emitted from automobile exhaust include carbon monoxide, hydrocarbons, nitrogen oxides and solid particles that can cause harm to the human body.
The three-way catalytic converter is the most important off-board purification device installed in the automobile exhaust system. It can purify some gases that pollute the environment discharged from automobile exhaust and convert these harmful objects into carbon dioxide, water and nitrogen through oxidation and reduction.
The working principle of the three-way catalytic converter is similar to that of a muffler. Its outer surface is made of double-layer stainless steel sheets in a cylindrical shape, and a purifier is installed inside.
